GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relationships between LICERIA and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website liceria.fr (hereinafter "the Site").

By validating their order, the user (hereinafter "the Customer") acknowledges having read these GTC, accepted them without reservation, and having the legal capacity to enter into a contract in accordance with Article 1124 of the Civil Code.


1. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

LICERIA reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The conditions applicable are those in effect on the day the order is validated. In case of an update, a notification may be displayed on the Site.

These GTC comply with the applicable French legal provisions, notably the Consumer Code, the Civil Code, the Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), and any applicable European regulations.


2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The essential characteristics of the products are described in each product sheet. Photographs, videos, texts, graphics, and other visual elements are for indicative purposes only and cannot engage LICERIA's liability in case of slight differences with the delivered product.

Size guides are provided for information only. A manufacturing tolerance of ±2 cm may be observed.


3. INFORMATION BEFORE ORDER

All products presented on the Site are offered within the limits of available stock. The price of each item is indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC), including the VAT applicable in France. Delivery charges will be specified separately before the final validation of the order.

LICERIA reserves the right to modify certain components of a product due to manufacturing constraints, provided that these modifications do not affect the essential characteristics of the product.

⚠️ No address modification will be possible after order validation.


4. ORDER PROCESS

Purchasing on the Site follows these steps:

  1. Selection of products via the "Add to cart" button;
  2. Review of the cart;
  3. Finalization of the order via the "Complete the order" button;
  4. Entry of personal and delivery details;
  5. Possible entry of a promotional code;
  6. Choice of delivery method;
  7. Secure payment;
  8. Receipt of an order confirmation e-mail.

The sales contract is formed upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail.


5. PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via a secure interface compliant with the PCI DSS standard and the SSL protocol.

LICERIA never has access to its customers' banking data.

In case of fraudulent use of a payment method, the Customer is invited to contact their bank without delay. Except for exercising the right of withdrawal or a processing error, any abuse or unjustified cancellation may result in legal action or compensatory damages.


6. DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery charges are calculated according to weight, destination, and mode of transport, and are clearly indicated before payment.

The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of their details. LICERIA cannot be held liable for consequences related to an incorrect or inaccurate address.

A delivery tracking link is provided once the package is shipped.

Delivery is ensured in France, the European Union, and internationally, subject to additional fees.


7. RECEIPT OF THE ORDER

Upon receipt of the package, the Customer must check the condition of the product. In case of visible damage or error (missing item, non-compliant, damaged package), they must:

  • Imperatively mention it on the carrier's delivery note;
  • And inform LICERIA within 24 hours by e-mail at hello@liceria.fr.

Otherwise, the order will be deemed compliant and accepted without reservation.


8. CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES OUTSIDE THE EU

For any delivery outside the European Union, customs fees, local taxes, or import duties may be required by local authorities. These fees remain entirely the Customer's responsibility and cannot under any circumstances be claimed from LICERIA.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These GTC are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, any dispute will be brought before the competent French courts, including when the user resides in another European Union member country.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may also use a certified consumer mediator free of charge, whose contact details will be provided upon request.
