Return and Refund Policy

This policy governs the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds applicable to products purchased on the site. It complies with the Consumer Code and the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament.

By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted all the conditions below.


1. Return period and right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a 14 calendar day period from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

Mandatory conditions:

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, intact, in their original packaging.
  • The order number must be provided with the return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount (except in case of proven defect or error attributable to LICERIA).
  • No returns will be accepted without prior validation through our online procedure.

2. Free products in promotional orders

When one or more free products are included in a promotional order (e.g., free item with purchase of 2), they must be returned with the purchased items for the return to be considered complete.

In case of non-return of the free product:

  • The refund request will be automatically denied.
  • This remains valid even if the value of the gift is less than that of the returned items.

Example:
The customer returns a purchased product but fails to return the free product:
Refund denied.


3. Order cancellation before shipment

A cancellation request is possible only if the order has not yet been processed by our logistics service.

Acceptance conditions:

  • Written request sent by email to hello@liceria.fr before shipment.
  • In case of validated cancellation, a full refund is made, including delivery fees.
  • Once the order status is "shipped" or "in preparation", cancellation is no longer possible.


4. Order not received

If the customer claims not to have received their order, an investigation will systematically be opened with the carrier.

Conditions for a refund:

  • The carrier must confirm the absence of delivery.
  • The customer must provide:
    • A valid identity document,
    • A signed declaration on honor.

⚠️ If the carrier confirms that the package was delivered to the indicated address, no refund can be granted.


5. Late return

Any return made more than 14 calendar days after the order may be refused without exception, except where local legal provisions apply (residents of certain European countries).

Products must always be:

  • Intact, unworn, unwashed,
  • In their original packaging,
  • Accompanied by the order number.


6. Refund terms

LICERIA reserves the right to choose the most appropriate refund method, depending on the nature of the return and the condition of the product:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Credit / Promo code usable on the site
  • Digital gift card

⚠️ No cash compensation will be made.
The refund is made within 14 days maximum after return validation.


7. Refusal of return or refund

LICERIA reserves the right to refuse a return or refund in the following cases:

  • Item worn, damaged, or rendered unusable
  • Product returned incomplete or without its original packaging
  • Delay exceeding the 14-day period
  • Absence of order number
  • Absence of the free product included in the order


8. Acceptance of policies

By checking the box “I accept the terms and conditions”, the customer confirms having read, understood, and accepted:

  • The current refund policy
  • The return conditions
  • The specific rules relating to free products
